After recieving his BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University, Larry began his career as a banker. After completing Texas Commerce Bank’s executive training program, he worked in real estate credit. He also was an officer with Texas American Bank and Pacific Southwest Bank. Larry elected the vice president of a privately held management consulting firm. He ran both the Houston and London offices, coordinating business from the top-down, developing new business and providing consulting to senior executives. In addition, his leadership was key in fostering many other consultants through internal training, development and mentoring programs. Larry has led large-scale international growth and performance initiatives for global 1000 organizations in Europe, Latin America and North America. He was also instrumental in bringing breakthrough business programs to small companies and entrepreneurs, where he encouraged and nurtured new talent.

In his free time you can find Larry sipping a glass of wine with his beautiful wife in the Bayou City, laughing and chatting with his kids who are across the pond in London, and rooting on his alma mater in college football.

Having spent his entire career working in the world of finance, he’s assisted companies in good shape and bad, turnaround situations, and those headed for disaster. With advanced certifications in anti-terrorism building designs and facility security, Jeff is uniquely qualified for the task.

In addition to his work in security, Jeff is also an accomplished project manager. He has designed and implemented the infrastructure security procedures and policies for the world’s largest computing company. His expertise blends real-world threat mitigation with robust project management.

As an annual tradition, Jeff takes his daughter on a yearly international trip to somewhere new and exciting. They have visited some of the most far-flung corners of the globe, experiencing new cultures and seeing amazing sights.

Joel loves new experiences.

Whether exploring different cultures with his family or executing projects on six continents and 130+ countries over the course of 25 years, he is always looking for new ways and opportunities to think outside the box.

A project manager at heart, Joel is also a master lean six sigma black belt with an advanced degree in supply chain and marketing. Process improvement is his mantra - he's never happy with the status quo.

This dedication to improvement has led Joel to some pretty unique experiences, like spending summers working with the Red Cross preparing for hurricane season or driving the Oscar Weinermobile to all MLB parks for a summer.

He applies his skillset to every facet of his life, from executing projects for Business Process re:Imagined and providing critical feedback for new LinkedIn functionality and services as a member of its advisory board to re-organizing his family’s pantry.

Although a proud Texan hailing from Houston, Kevin thoroughly enjoys calling the Midwest home and is currently residing and thriving in Chicago with his beautiful labrador, Ringo. Together they enjoy running around the beautiful parks of Chicago.

While he maintains a busy schedule, he is always up for a long conversation and a good laugh.

Wes loves building teams and fostering business transformation.

Wes is a specialist in business turn-around and transformation. For 25 years he has spent his career honing his approach across many different industries globally. From privately owned, PE backed, to global multi-billion dollar organizations he loves to dig in and guide a business to its fullest potential. He uses his diverse background of experiences coupled with a disciplined approach to improve a companies culture, leadership and process.

Wes is a US army veteran and holds two bachelor of science degrees, the latter in industrial engineering. He is also an alumnus of Wharton’s Advance Management Program in Executive Leadership and Strategy.

When not working, Wes can be found on his local sporting clay range still trying to show off for his high school sweetheart (and wife Mary Ann).
